Dr. Marshall received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Tennessee at Martin. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed a Family Medicine Residency through the University of Louisville in Glasgow, Kentucky. He became board certified in Family Medicine in 2009 and then also in Addiction Medicine in 2010.

For five years, Dr. Marshall practiced Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine in Linden, TN. He then took a position with Behavioral Health Group in 2014. Most recently, he received the new board certification in Addiction Medicine through the American Board of Preventive Medicine. Before opening Medical Specialty Clinic Dr. Marshall was the National Medical Director for BHG and worked at treatment centers in Jackson, Paris, Dyersburg, and Savannah TN, as well as Paducah, KY.

He is excited and proud to return to full time primary care and serve the people of Decatur, and surrounding counties.

Dr. Marshall has lived in Parsons with his family for over ten years. He serves the community as the Decatur County Medical Examiner and as the Medical Director for Decatur County Emergency Medical Services.

Brooke is a native of Decatur County, graduating from Riverside High School, then going on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin. In 2021, she graduated from Austin Peay State University with her Master of Science in Nursing and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has spent most of her nursing career in intensive care and trauma units, but also has experience in aesthetics, home health, and primary care services. 

Bailee Wallace, MSN, APRN, FNP-C was born and raised in Lexington, TN where she still resides with her husband, Brad, who is a teacher and football coach as well as their black Labrador, Heisman. In her free time, she loves to watch football, spend time with family,  and float on the TN river. Bailee graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2021 both from the University of Memphis. Before graduate school, she spent 4 years at bedside as an Intensive Care Unit nurse. She is now a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner at Medical Specialty Clinic, where she provides primary care for all ages 2 years and up! She also offers aesthetic services with her certification in Botox and dermal fillers. Her goal is to provide patient-centered care with education, compassion, and advocacy!
